The Pirini Navy build ‘P3’ successfully used the DIMENSION‑POLYANT Pro Lite super yacht spinnaker cloth in the Superyacht Cup Palma this past weekend. Pro Lite is the world’s only Ultra-PE reinforced polyester spinnaker cloth and is specifically designed for the extremely large spinnakers on modern performance super yachts. The Ultra-PE ripstop not only enhances the stretch resistance, but it also improved the bust strength reducing the risk of exploding the spinnaker when filling. The Doyle build A2 runner on ‘P3′ is 2,600 m2 and the “small’ A1 is a merge 2,000 m2.
